Reels that I feel have been worth my money

Shimano Symetre 1000 - $55 brand new at cashies.. I'd still be happy if it cost me $200.
Shimano Symetre 2500 - $70 brand new at cashies.. See above
Pflueger Medalist 6035 - $70 brand new from EBay.. I'd have paid $250 and been happy.
Pflueger Medalist 6040 - $50 brand new from Ancoonda.. See above
Pflueger Patriarch (BC) - $230~ brand new from EBay.. If it were $600 I'd still be happy.
Pflueger Torsion - $70 brand new from Anaconda.. Worth 4x as much IMO.

I guess my point is to shop smart, snap up bargains, purchase from overseas, take a chance on less popular brands.

Honestly, against the Symetres all my Steez has going for it is the light weight.

EDIT: Buy a Stradic Ci4 from the states for about $205.. I honestly don't think there is a better bang for buck reel out at the moment.

This post has been brought to you by a bloke who is on way too much pain, anti inflamatory and anti biotic medication.. Hopefully it made sense.

Steez vs symmetre... really? You haven't noticed any difference in drag smoothness, actual usable pressure, tuning, audible clicking... and you haven't noticed any difference in the reels' smoothness, fluidity, tightness.. differences in backplay? Sexyness mean anything to you lol... and you mean your shimano drag clicker hasn't snapped off yet??
Just asking...

p.s is this poll asking retail price or what you actually payed? All of my store bought reels are in the 3-400 bracket but I do have an exist also which I payed 500 for... and love

primary reel is a Fireblood 2500FA so i fell into that 600+ bracket
but i bought it on an absolute bargain... so does that make my price bracket lower? LOL
