Choppy water surface options
Out this monring and got a bit of interest from some bream over a shallow bank tried again on my way back and the bream were still there but the wind had made the surface choppy. i was tossing a K9 Walker but didnt seem to be making enough action for more attention.
Any suggestions for a surface lure that still works well with some chop on the water ?? |

Try the Big K9 Pup more weight
Usually I use a Poppers as draws more attention in windy conditions |

when its choppy i get hits occasionally from real erratic fast walking, don know, it seems to get them in the mood sometimes.

Poppers are the go. Even the cheap gillies ones $20 for a pack of five. Sharpen or change the trebles and away you go. Had a ball on oyster leases at in brisbane waters awhile back. just pop and let sit for a while.
