The blackwood

I am planning a river trip along the blackwood from alexander bridge to the townsite.

we are paddling in pairs in canoes , fishing the banks at the same time.

Can someone tell me what types of lures/colours we will need and wat type leaders we will require and maybe some breamin tips for the area aswell ie tide information.

Gday mate,

not sure of the tides but id go DD 52 Halco Scorpions in R26 and BrownTrout and River2 Sea in Gold.

Craig posted a pic here the other day of a hootin fish from there on the scorp from there, do a search under blackwood you should be able to find it..
