anyone use any of the frenzie berkley range?

I was in Big dubya the other day noticed some berkley frenzies for about 4 bucks a pop. Are any of these worth searching for?. I checked them out on pure fishing and some of the seem viable for a cheap trolling lure and one to throw at snags. Obviously being cheap they would need hook and ring upgrades.

Mate, the frenzy is what I landed the better flatty on last week... Ahh, frenzy minnow, 6cm. I think they're great..

As for hook and ring upgrades.. I have never found the need to until the hooks/rings rust out too much.

I bought a couple of the 10cm minnows before i went to darwin not to long ago and caught my first barra on one, so for a cheaper lure they still produce the goods in my books.

their hooks and rings need changing, but other than that for their price they are good lures. Not many lures (that work) are you going to find for under 5 bucks

cheers

I had a feeling that I was looking at the same lure. I just didn't realize that it was the same. Cheers now to find some that I like and are in stock haha. Mission impossible

Caught a dohdoh load of tailor and couta on the shallow diving minnow, but the lure was crunched in half by a fish. They work but will break.

Only hooked a bream on one once.. was a 40cm+ model that stuffed me up on a pylon quick smart. Generally I would suggest too large for yellowfin, not sure about blacks.

Good cheap HB, use them a bit, upgrade the hooks and rings, come apart at heavy drag settings though.

No wire link between tow point and hook points will do that. :P
