Damiki Lure Monthly Competition for August & September

The next comp will be run over 2 months. The rules will change slightly to allow more entries from each person.

Searing Tackle, importers of the Damiki range of lures have $200 worth of give aways to a lucky winner.

For this two month competition

* each member can post up their 4 best pics with a fish sporting a Damiki lure.

Please make sure that you post only 4 pics and that the lures are Damiki.

Please be aware that all pics submitted in this competition may be used by BreamMaster or Searing Tackle in future BreamMaster and Searing Tackle promotions.

The winner will be chosen by BM members via poll, you do not need flashy cameras to make a great pic, innovative pics and good composition go a long way and a great big smile to go with a PB doesnt hurt either.

Have fun all

I'll start this one off with a 37cm fish from August 10 on a 'Light Cinnamon' M grub

A few days later during a session of only small bream, I had a powerful strike and a run which made me think I was on to a much better bream. I was surprised when this materialized from the coffee coloured water. This was my first mullet on a lure.

I spent the long weekend on Lake Navarino chasing trout. It took a lot of casts before I figured out exactly what they felt like eating. As it turns out, they were quite partial to an 'Apache' Damiki MU-SP swimming above some deeper water. I pulled up a few nice trout on this lure over the Sunday morning. All were released healthy, much to the dismay of the family fisho's who were not doing so well.
