Had my first couple of casts today at the Capel River, not far from where i live.

I had a couple of hits, but no hook ups. Boyfriend caught 2 bream just under size.

Had a great time, if anyone can give me a few more pointers, would be most appreciated.

The Atomic Grant I know of wouldnt have caught 2 undersize bream only. Our guy is a mighty stalker and hunter.

And I guess your "private message" can be delivered a lot better than through Warren's board if thats the case. Put some pressure on the lad if you newed a new rod.

Believe it or not!! he is my man. and he really isnt all what hes cracked up to be hahahaha.

Though when i was younger i had a rod for 10 mins..... but it snapped..... hahahaha

I will consider buying you a rod but after the story you told me about your first rod (snapping it while putting it in the car before you had even used it) i'm a little scared
