Squidgy Southern Bream Series...Round 1

This weekend, Sunday 31st, sees the start of the Squidgy Southern Bream Series.
Round 1 is on the Georges River in Sydney.

The first round was run on Sunday 31st Jan 2010 held in the Georges River. The turn out exceeded our expectations. 64 boats and 20 Kayaks participated in the event. Plenty of big fish were weighed, with a few bags topping 4kg. The winning bag was over 5kilos which was caught by Team Onagain. The Georges really turned it on, it will be interesting to see if the same quality will come from any of the other venues.
