Blade spin..wtf?

I have noticed a few blades I have been using lately seem to have a problem of spinning on the drop? It seems to only occur in some brands. Notably the strike pros and damikis, yet the strike pros dont seem to have the problem as bad as the damiki. TT and ecogear vx's have been fine.

Can somebody tell me why some of the blades spin on the drop? And how, if possible can I prevent it from happening?

In my opinion a vibe that spirals down on the drop like a dying helicopter is unlikely to catch a lot of fish, if any.

iv'e never had any issues with a lack of fish on strike pro or damiki vibes, they're the best two blades on the market i reckon. what ever they do on the drop works a treat.

Easy fix, use eco or tt or don't fish and let ando catch them for you

Only way to prevent it is to lower the blade with a tight line (just enough to keep the lure pointing forward) instead of a loose drop (any lose of tension seems to throw them out of control.. but then again, I'm admittedly not very productive with bream on metal blades
