I know guys who troll but not for bream, even though they do get a few by-caught bream here and there but it's no where near as productive as stopping and working structure. If you were to specifically troll for bream, the bream would have to be in a very aggressive mood to give chase and strike consistently, and we all know that this isn't the chase every session.

Yes, I have trolled for Bream at Moore River here in WA.

I have been successful on soft plastic trolling.

Used to troll for bream and flathead in my canoe all the time using Jackall chubbies,Zipbaits,R2S vibes and a swag of other lures. I would catch them all the time,if you were realy moving you did tend to drop a few and pull hooks though .

I have the same experience as Rog. When I first bought my kayak, which was before I was into cast/retrieve luring for bream, 90% of my fishing involved slow trolling chubbies and SX40s in 2-3m of water. I used to do alright on the bream and flatties in a number of systems along the NSW South Coast.
