Any one thinking of fishing the river this saturday? hope to have my new rod to try out by them.

Hi Peter,
I should be walking along the river banks on Sunday as i have a few of the new Carrot sticks to try out.Will let you know a little closer to Sunday and maybe can meet and have a fish together.What's the new rod you are getting?

Am using camo worms as usual. the rod am getting is a Pflueger Trion Tornament 2 piece.

have u fished around avedale heights area near the footy oval might fish around there on the weekend

Where about's on the Nong, I might head down their on Sunday morning for a flick....
Is it mainly around the Anglers Tavern ? also, how is parking?

oh no worries, can you still get access to the water if you park somewhere in Edgewater.... {worked on it when they where building the site and haven't been back since}

Went down Today and got squat!!!
I think I could of stayed their all week and caught nothing, strange because it looks good........bring on Trout opening!
I'm still yet to land a Bream on SP or Plastic.
