Team UGGBOOT (dylan Smith and myself) had a leasurly play around on friday after loosing 1 of my rods overboard at 50KPH..
hooked up with Jarrod Healey on saturday which was great as i had met Jarrod years ago at a tackle show in Morwell...
and then Stephen Parker from Colac Tackle on sunday in the baby skeeter ! cricky ! not too keen to get a ride on a BIG skeeter ! little ones are just FINE thanks ! lol both great blokes and had a ball, thanks again guys if you pop on and have a read.

the usual mahem on the take off was insane, 1 rig seemed not to have re trimmed the engine from launch and when they put the gas down almost took off on a 45 deg 'im off to the moon' style take off ! wish i got a shot of that but was to busy covering exposed body parts in readyness for the brisk run to spot X.

Mr Miller had an altercation with a marker pole early saturday in the poor light. quite a lucky situation as his NB scream 'POOOOOLLLEEEEEE' allowing barra to make a VERY quick adjustment and avoid disaster..bout 5G's worth of damage to the pro strike and im guessing a change of pants for the NB...
Geez Perrie - hope it wasn't our mate Mr 'you know who' that was lost overboard!

Man thats a beautiful looking location. Looks a lot like some of the estuaries in the South of WA, just a hell of a lot bigger.
Looks like there was some quality fish. Congrats to everyone that fished.

Cheers, Dror

Nice work Perri,

I need to thank Paul and Alex for letting me tag along for the weekend, had a great time, caught my first yellow fin and man do they peel some line had a fun prefish caught a couple of salmon and some flatties,

Pitty I went for the donut on Sunday, started with a 65 flatty and that summed up my day ended with about 8 - 10 flathead and 2 very undersized bream

Well done to Hodgey, pretty awesome bag for a tough day, thinking outside the box as usual. well done and deserved win.

Here are some pics of the weekend.
Enjoy
Cheers Dale.
