NEW ecogear SX43

hey guys,
have heard a bit of chat from my sponser about a shallow diving (shallower the the SX40) SX43 coming onto the market.
anyone heard anything on it?
oh my god i recon they would be sexy.

hey dowelly there was an article in vic fishing monthly about them(product review) by the looks of it they will dive to about the same depth. they look good!!!! any word on when they are hitting the shelves?

Saw a bit of a "New Product" write-up on them in one of the fishing publications while having a flick through in the public library....ummm, I mean newsagents.

From the look of it I'd say it would dive about the same depth, but offers a slightly thicker and longer body to imitate other types of baitfish, like "chips" size herring, little boney bream, etc.

Just need a shallow diving model: would be ace twitched over the tops of weedbeds, etc.

apparenty they will cast even better and they have a new colour range i think they will hit the shelves in november from memory

the product release for these is expected to be in January - along with the SX40LC and also a VX45 & VX50 - some old favourite colours and some new ones.

Ecogear should be releasing more info late November so stay tuned.....

guys if ya want ya sx40 to run shallower, file about 2-3mm off the bib, give it a tune and waalaa, you have a mid deep sx40, they work awsome on the flats.

a dremel grinder on slow speed works a treat
