Swan River Trust decides not to prosecute after fish kill
Swan River Trust decides not to prosecute after fish kill
An estimated 80 black bream died in a South Perth lake when groundwater with particularly high levels of ammonia and sulphides was pumped into the lake under a permit. The Swan River Trust decided there are not reasonable grounds for prosecution. Another similar fish kill at the Barrack St. jetty is being investigated.http://portal.environment.wa.gov.au/...4010AC6E056F62 and http://www.thewest.com.au/default.as...ntentID=102124
