Smile Any one used Okuma Spining reels ?

hi guys was looking at getting a Okuma Aveon 15 for my new rod, but don't know if there any good or not, looking at spending about 200 or less this reel is RRP $300 so iv been told ? any one got any info on this reel ?

over the years i have had a few okuma reels found them ok i dont think they last as long as others the smoothness seemed to go away
i now use Stradics and love them great little reel for the price

i heared about there new V system reels, they sound Good and the cost really is cheap too. i might just have to take the punt and get one unless some one can tell me there no good, and that new louvis looks good too if i can work out a way to pay for it with out getting a pay pal account i will get one.

what do you get Stradics from ? any pics ?

you can get Stradics any where mate there are some other brands out there in your price range to mate

I love my Stradic 1000FH. Never,ever had even one problem with it

I've fished with Okuma Epix efs20

Not really that keen on them, drag doesn't seen smooth compared with my other reels.

I agree with Stradics better way to go

well i called cambells today to get a Okuma V System 20 but they were out of stock so i got a Daiwa KIX 2500

hey mate

i work in compelat angler in mandurah and ive just recieved soem v systems in the 80 size and they are insane! lifetime warrantly on all okuma reels now to. myself i wouldnt touch a stradic but the twin powers are good if u want to spend a lil extra. if ypour alooking for a nice looign reel, value for money the okuma v system in the way to go!!

I fish with 2 okuma V system reels in various sizes. Ive thrashed them both and had no issues. Strong frames with high density alloy gearing make them very strong internally, plus the drag system is awesome, and they use some of the best bearings on the market. I recommend these to my customers and have had some excellent feed-back. For the $$$ they are unbelieveable.
