Metal-jigging
Hi Guys
I'm just quickly leaving a comment about Bream Metal Jigging. It's getting popular in Japan around areas where there are large Marinas. ( So this technique can be used in the SYD bay area,,) In the evening, anglers use around 10-30g metal jigs or spin-tales. Near structures, at the very bottom, lifting up->free fall, jig jig (about 1m-2m) -> free fall. Some anglers report most Bream they catch are quite a decent size! I attached a pic showing sample lures they are using. Cheers, I got a go!! K-man

Don't know about over east but I've had a lot of success on 3g Halco Twisties (gold), rig them like you would a sambo jig and go nuts, structure fish love it.

I've taken a few bream late arvo/night (usually targetting Jew bait at the time
) years ago on 7 gram wonder wobblers.10-30 gram slugs targetting bream though... I wouldn't want to be casting them with my bream gear thats for sure. Sounds similar to the way people target them on bigger lipless cranks though. |

Hi guys
When you go to a news agency and grab a "sports fishing magazine" this month, in around second pages, there is a huge M-rigging lure advertisement from Daiwa. The product name is "Silver-wolf" This lure is especially designed for M-rigging in Japan. I wonder how many people would understand how to use this lure from first impression Thanks K |
