BE Rule Change Effective After Round 3 - 2007

It is with much disappointment that I feel I have to implement the 'Pre-Fish Ban' for BE comps early.

This ban will apply to the double rounds of the Kalgan and Torbay this year and for all events thereafter.

The ban is an all water ban effective from the Monday to Friday the week before a BE Event. On the Saturday , the day before the Event, anglers may be on the water for the purposes of 'viewing only'. No fishing gear will be allowed on the boat during these times. Any angler in breach of this rules will be disqualified for that Event.
