Sunnies

Hi Guys,

I know a lot of you were chasing sunnies a while back. I was in the optical industry for 14 years and still have a few contacts.

A friend of mine owns Bright Eyes Sunglasses at Midland. He has a brilliant range of polarised sunnies including Spotters, Mako and Maui Jim, plus some cheaper brands.

I spoke to the owner, Stuart Aldred this morning and he has offered 10% discount on all polarised sunnies if you mention that you are a member of the Breammaster site.

The phone no for Bright Eyes is 9250 1345 and they are located opposite K Mart in the Midland Gate Shopping Centre.

Cheers

Mim

Mim,
I was under the impression that the only way to get Spotters lenses was to go through Spotters. Might be worth a check with Doug first.

Doug Phillips

I know they have the frames, but not 100% sure if they are genuine Spotters lenses. Only going on what Doug from Spotters was telling me.

Stuart is a mate of Dougs. I was in the shop yesterday and they have the full range of Spotters in store. They can also arrange optical lenses too.

I think a few of the other Bright Eyes may stock the Spotters, but the discount only applies to Stuarts store at Midland gate

Cheers

I went to Bright eyes in Perth and asked for the new Phototromic spotters, and they gave me the wrong pair, and stung me $280, I really needed them so got them but in my honest opinion I was absolutly ripped off.

And considering City Boat n Tackle were the only shop in town who was aparently allowed to sell them, Id flag Bright Eyes in the city at any cost.

cheers

Thats right Ev if you have a chance to shop around - do it for sure..... you could grab some lures with the price difference. I just simply got ripped.

Guys,
You also have to remember that you can't get prescription lenses from any of these places. That is what I was refering to.

Sean,

As long as you have a copy of your Rx then most places that sell Spotters will be able to do a special order for you with your Rx fitted by Spotters.

It is a good thing to shop around. Stuart said that he hopes he can do the right thing by us Breammers, so if you can get a written quote he will beat it. He is into sport in a big way and is associated with endurance motorbike racing, and looks like we might have him coming on board to support us breammers too

Cheers

Mim
