Bread on the fly

Does anyone have a favourite pattern for bread flies,
i'm thinking about chasing schools of small fish (mullet,bream,trevally and possibly tilapia) and am havin trouble tying a fly that not only floats but actually resembles bread as well. im open to any suggestions.
