TT SWS - hook size

Hi all,

I'm going to order some TT SWS (Snagless Weight System) Jigheads... but I'm confused a bit with the hook sizes - e.g. I used to understand what size would be #, #2, or #4 but these jigheads have hooks ## 2/0, 4/0 and 6/0.

Which size 2/0, 4/0 or 6/0 is the smallest and/or most suitable for 3" minnows and 2" grubs?
