hows it goin fellas im new to this sight and a bit computer iliterate um whats a good mid range over head and whats it worth

depends what ur chasing with it.....
what line class will u be fishing?what will u be throwing with it,eg:whole pilly,barra lure.what sorta $ u got to play with?
if ur setting live baits/snapper fishing etc i reckon an abu ambassedeur would go well at about $200-250.
whereas if u were looking to throw lures for cod/barra etc something like a pfluegar president ($300 odd) or a team daiw feugo($399)would be better,hth.

i got bout $200 to play with i was using my mates calcuta today that nice bit taxing on the wallet though im heading to ranger tomoro to see whats good a value reel

i have a calcutta 50xt the limeted edition its a great little reel, i work at ranger camping in osborne park and we have a good range of rods and reels to look at so just come in and nick hocking will set u up with wat u want
