TT hws jigheads
hey guys
i bought some of these today in 1/40th size with BMs and flickbaits in mind. they look the goods but i was wondering what your opinions on them are and what plastics people use with them. cheers luke |

Stick baits mainly mate, I have tried them once and find they are ok. I reckon them rigged on a Fat Yamasenko would ce nice

tried them today with a slider dropshot worm and they look nice. to gusty and cold for the fish though so no luck. cheers luke |

oh well, thems the breaks. What colour drop shot worms are you using, I tink the bream would like them after bad storms like we had a few months ago.

my mate was actually using them with my jigheads, he was using the green ones with black spots. they look very nice in the water and i agree with ya that the bream would like them after rain and storms. i know from fishing bait after rain that the bream ussually only want scrubbies so i think you are right.

Muncher, I got them for $10.95 or something.. They look pretty good, just dont know extactly how to retrieve them

Thanks gav, i was thinking that a stick bait retrieve would work, I was just a bit cautious becasue they are a worm, and dont jump around like a fish lol
Plus i got alot of weed when i jsut tried to fish them slowly across the bottom . how do you rig them?Cheers, Nathan |

The HWS hooks look really good, but for that type of presentation, I think the Nitro Torpedo heads give a more sucure hold on the lure body with that spike on the head. I've made DIY versions of the HWS with old jigheads and find that you can still get "pantsed".
