Some shots of my fish

Here are a few shots I took tonight of my Barra and Toga in my tank. Still pretty new to the whole SLR camera thing so constructive criticism more than welcomed. I would like the shots to be more 'crisp' but I haven't mastered that yet.

Bucket mouth.

Tank shot.

Cool jardini! Definitely get rid of the hybrids and add the motoro ray

With the photos - you'll need a whole lot more lighting to get those crisp shots. Either add a couple extra T5 or halogen bulbs when you're shooting or use a off-shoe flash in a flash box pointing down on the fish and just wait until they swim into the zone. The extra lighting will allow faster shutter and higher aperture settings. Good luck!

Thumbs up

Nice tank set up mate. I just got rid of my two much to my disappointment. I had one with African cichlids and the other discus and tetras. I hear Murray cod keep well but don't have the personality of the toga. Nice work mate.

Here's a few more shots. Red devil cichlids are gone now so all ready for the ray and peacock bass.

I love the 'mysterious' look behind this one

Just another shot.

Cool shots I have been saving for a fish tank for a while now. That Barra is going to get a big big soon isn't it?
