Fish Scale I.D

Can anyone help me Identify what fish this scale is from? I'm prety sure it is from a mulloway or bream and it was around the size of my thumbnail and from melbourne.

Sorry mate - I used to have some scales lying around but I think I've thrown them out - all I have left is this dodgy pic

Maybe search you tube or google for vids of people cleaning mulloway or just a photo of their scales

Thanks a lot for the photos guys, any more suggestions as to what it could have been?
It looks different to the scales pictured but I'm assuming their scales vary a bit. From memory it smelt like a mulloway too as thats the first thing I did to check if it was.

By the shape - and the skin left on the scale - it could be a carp

There's a few swimming around with the Jewie schools - and they are taking on a more silver hue at the moment.

I'll grab a carp scale next time I nab one and get a better pic

p.s. Blokes with better noses than mine, tell me Carp and Mulloway have a similar odour.

Here's a google image of a carp scale, next to the one you found.

if you ignore the snail like swirl in the middle - (Its been superimposed over the image) - the scales are a pretty good match
