Has anyone used Braid called OHDRAGON Ultra 2 PE WX4 , supposed to be comparable to Sunline Castaway ?

Its YGK and its tip top. Only 4 braid instead of 8 but if your chasing thin line then thats the ticket. Still not quite Varivas IMO.

Should be fine mate.
A lot of guys, myself included like Sunline Super in 8lb which is PE 0.8.
So the line your talking about is probably thinner than that.

I personally use toray radius 10lb which is 0.6 pe rating or 0.128mm,same as a lot of 6lb braid's and 10lb sunline castaway ,so it is still thinner than 3lb sunline fc rock leader which is 0.8pe or 0.148mm,just to put things in perspective, should be fine, although my experience level with braided lines is pretty minimal and I dont have any experience with the particular braid you are asking about.

Got the 8lb OH dragon on my new steez. Just tied a 4lb leader on and man was it a struggle. This braid is tiny, put all 200m on a 2508 spool and had to use a heap of backing. Last reel had 10lb castaway and the OH dragon is alot thinner than castaway. Its like a strand of cotton. Liking the red colour, should be easier to see than castaway.

I ended up buying a spool of the OH Dragon instead of Castaway and have loaded it on my 2500 Stradic , I had no trouble tying it to 8lb Fc Rock leader using an Albright Knot and a few more twists than usual . It certainly casts a mile and feels very strong for its diameter . Will keep the info coming .
