Help with rod choice?

hey fellas, i bought a gen black itchy twitchy, shimano stradic ci4+ 2500 and a stradic 1000fj

Put the ci4+ on the itchy twitchy and now need a rod for my 1000fj.

thinking another gen black, maybe drunken monkey??

will be used for soft plastics and small hard bodies, budget will be about $150, possibly go over. any recommendations?

Cheers guys.

Majorcraft basspara!
I choose this rod over my more expensive rods. Awsome little rod and looks pretty spiff aswell. I use mine manly as a structure soft plastics rod but I've used it for surface lures and cranks before. Loads up really nicely as well.

Crusis Aegis

I've got a Trion, although it's a bit heavier than a bream rod. It's OK, but the Crusis Aegis that I bought for $99 runs rings around it. I find it similar although a bit faster than my Loomis G2. I don't understand why I don't read more about Crusis. The apparent limited number of stockists is surely the reason.

Austackle

Mate have you had a look at the new Austackle Masterclass rods.
I'm using the 7 foot 1/3 kilo fast action for plastics and blades
great rods very light.Would match the 1000 reel perfectly .
I'm running the same rod but slow action for small hard body's
With straight 2lb fluro.Masterclass rods run Fuji kguides also
Great rods for the price.

Cheers Shane .
