Nitro Magnumbutt opinions

hey guys, im after a mid range spinning rod mainly for targeting mullies. got lighter and heavier combos but after something in the 4-6kg range, and the magnumbutts look the goods. only problem is theres only one shop in sa that i know of that deals nitro, and they dont have one in stock. with business the way it is at the moment, i dont want to make them go to the trouble of ordering one in and for me to not end up getting it.

http://www.innovatorrods.com/nitro-magnumbutt.html

so opinions on the rod people? does anyone on here in sa already have one? or interstate for that matter?

mainly throwing big sp's and vibes but also want to be able to throw around bigger lures like xr14's if need be... will the magnumbutt be able to hack it?

open to other ideas too, so if anyone has reccommendations in similar price range let me know.

cheers guys, matt.

G day Matt,

I can only rave about them, i got one for my trip up to Exmouth in WA and it was awesome. I matched it with a 4000 Twin Power and it worked a treat. I was fishing with 20lb braid casting large soft plastics around and halco poppers. I managed to get some massive fish and it hand plenty of power to handle it if it can handle big queen fish and big GT's it should handle your mulla's well. It was a treat to use all day as i was usually out casting lures for a few hrs at a time walking up and down the shore. Mate if you tell the shop that you want to look at one but can't guarantee that you will choose that one and see what they say. It wouldn't be a massive loss mate as they will probably sell it anyways.

Cheers
Tim
