I have 2 x ClearCuts 6ft 1-3kg (2 pc) for sale that are used (trade ins) but still in great condition. We have gone over them and have re-epoxied them so good as new.

Each are going for $150 + 15 postage.

are these flats rangers ?

what sort of action do they have ?

guarantee ?

any good for flicking small hb's or are they more of a sp rod ?

These are ClearCuts which have a moderate action and handle bream HBs and soft plastics. There are many people on BM here that have this rod.

I own one & I'm as happy as can be with it.It has more guts than you think as well.
Plus the balance is spot on from bottom to top.
