Just in case people aren't aware, the imitation Crocs have recently arrived. Looks exactly the same, in various assorted bright colours however they feel a bit harder and plasticy instead of rubbery and on the side they don't have the round Crocs logo but just a black circle. Not as good as the authentic ones of course. They are selling at the Markets around the $40 mark.

I got an email from a friend visiting New York recently.
At a street market, one of the biggest stalls sold exclusively croc knock offs and did an absolute rip roaring trade. After the last discussion here where I newby'ed up and admitted I didn't know what they were I have seen heaps of them around Sydney (only in the city with the trendies, not in the 'burbs near home) and they look crap-tastic. I mean anyone who honestly thinks bright orange rubber sandals look the good matched up with a pair of jeans has got to have a screw loose. |
