yeh great rod for the price
i have a 6'6 3-5kg that i use on the rare occasion that i fish hardbodies and im really happy with it, dunno about a t curve but id say its better than my dropshot.
good luck with the new rod
what line class did you get?
cheers
luke

Yep, I agree, great rod.
I got mine (6'6" 3-5 kg 2pce) about 6 months ago for $90. Seen them as low as $75 in Kmart.
Its my HB rod and they also fish larger HB's well for EP's.

I reckon they are easily the best "cheap" HB rod on the market at the moment. Alconite guides, Fuji pipe seat, powerful butt....

i reckon the t curves are a pretty bad rod for what they are worth. too heavy around the but and with the extra weight of the reel makes it unsuitable for a long days fishing ,casting lures back and fourth.

i also reckon the penn powerpoint rates second compared to the daiwa procaster for the best cheap rod on the market.
my procaster is great for the river and the ocean.

I'm looking at buying one of these rods and pairing it up with a stradic 1000 they look good i was goin to get a higraph but they haven't got enough a the butt end so for pullin fish out of the snags. so breamtastic how does it rate for flickin placcy's around it looks quiet sensative at the tip but thats wat i want it for vibes and placcies.
cheers leebo
