Augusta ABT: Who's going?

Hi guys,

Just thought I would ask who is going to the Augusta ABT on the 21-22 Jan.

We are still not sure whether we will be there or not, as that will possibly be the weekend we are heading to Canberra.

Cheers

Mim

I am pretty sure you have a few weeks left to enter, just give Simon a call and he can fill you in.

Cheers

On second thoughts, i dont think so... Im too broke from doing up the boat to fish it. Plus membership to more than likely fish only one round seems a little more than this cookie monster can chew.

I'll concentrate on doing well on our home series before i hit the nitrous button.

Good luck to all going though as its going to be tough... I caught four fish in five days there over the holidays. Molloy to almost warner glen. Its sooo quiet its not funny.

Brad there is 2 rounds mate 1 in Augusta the other in perth both of them in january but your right it does require a membership so your looking at +$250 to fish both and thats just in fees.

best of luck either way

Cheers

Im fishing the ABT rounds this year. After speaking to Steve Morgan last year, there is no one in the office until the 9th to process payments so thats when to get them in I guess

They started back in the office yesterday Bubba.

Simon told me they had received a few entries already for WA, so they have already started processing them. They actually made an announcement on the fishing monthly site, stating they would start processing the entries from today.

Cheers

Mim

Ps. Their $30 membership gives you a bag of goodies, worth well over the value of the membership fee, then the fee is reduced when you renew it each year

Actually Mim membership is $50 and renewal is a reduced $30. But you do get a few mags , some patches and AFC series 2 DVD.

I'm really looking forward to the event now. Great to see who's fishing it.
I'm stoked to be sponsoring all ABT BREAM events this year, and am going to make a real effort to get dwn to all ABT santioned events in WA this year. Will be great to get right back into it.

See ya all down there guys.

Dave
