Good qual mono?

What is a good quality monofilament line for casting light lures for whiting and trout? I'm not after flurocarbon as it sinks. I'm after 4lb line that casts well and has very little memory.

Suffix xl strong is thinner than anything else ive found. I love the stuff for bc work but use 14lb.

The new Sufix Super 21 is thinner than XL strong. Handles nicely too

Try Stroft. Thin, supple, strong and ties great knots.

Cheers guys, a few suggestions there.
How does it go casting off a 2000 size spin reel?
I use straight through fluro on a couple of other outfits in 4lb and can punch out a fair cast. I'm setting up an outfit for surface whiting and shallow stream trout.
Have not used mono for 20 odd years.

I like this stuff a lot, casts beautifully off my old 1500 Certate, I use it for whiting on topwater on the flats.
