..who makes recoils?

Up until now, I always was certain it was Fuji.

But, anyway I'm in the process of putting larger recoils on my NRX and got the right sizing and everything.

But when it came to ordering some threw my local, he rang Fuji up and asked one of the reps. They said that Fuji don't make recoils?

So, we rang up Shimano and asked the lad who answered if they knew who made recoils for there GLX etc, in which he replied with Fuji. Aswell as someone near by him who agreed that Fuji makes them also...

So now I'm confused, the shop owner said that he's gonna wait for a phonecall back. But I'd rather get the guides on there way and hurry up the process for summer.

Can't find them on tFuji's site, or catalogue or any info on who makes recoils from google search..

So, was hoping someone on here might know..

Would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Just paid the order for 10 and it came around a total of $200.

Plus an extra $25 for a Sic fugi tip, and $70 on top for build fee haha.

Pretty exy, but that's what I get for buying an American bass rod design to run 20lb mono..

Too late guys been paid for already, never expected recoils to be too cheap so I expected a pretty substantial ammount.

It works out at $20 each so it is cheaper then the Sic tip, which didn't surprise me.

Oh well what's done is done, but just for future knowledge. How much do recoils go for normally, as in a rough ball park figure?

Thanks.

A full set of recoils shouldn't cost any more than around $70 give or take a few bucks.

If you want decent guides though go for Fuji Ti Sics, recoils are rubbish.

Cheers,
Al

On the x-series duffrods it costs $200-220 for recoils. Anyone else with a duff confirm?
