Round 13 of the Hobie® Fishing Bream Series-Worlds Qualifier

The Countdown Is On!
Get your Bags Packed! Get Ready to Go!

September 13 and 14 sees the Hobie Kayak Bream Series presented by Daiwa return to New South Wales for the final Australian, Hobie Fishing World Championship qualifying event.

St Georges Basin, situated on the south coast of NSW, just two and a half hours drive from Sydney will play host to Round 13 of the series in what is set to be one of the most competitive rounds in Hobie Fishing History. The arena is approximately 40 square kilometres in size with an average depth of 5 metres and was made a recreational fishing haven in 2002.

Kayak anglers from up and down the coast will descend on the venue, arguably one of the state’s most superb Yellow Fin Bream fisheries, all vying to claim a place at the Worlds in Amsterdam.

The Palm Beach launch location provides easy access to Erowal Bay, Sussex Inlet, Sepulchre and Garden Islands giving anglers plenty of options, from the flats to deeper drop offs or even the artificial reefs, to maximise their chances at a place on the podium.

Don't miss your chance to be one of two lucky anglers from the tournament who will qualify to represent Australia, for the first Worlds ever to be held in Europe. Picture yourself chasing Pike, Zander and Perch against competitors from more than twenty nations on the incredible Vinkeveen Plassen just 20km south of Amsterdam

Pull out your rods and get registered for “The Basin”! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity not to be missed.

Head to http://www.hobiefishing.com.au/rnd-1...ges-basin-nsw/ for full event details and make sure you get your name on the list to be in with a chance of standing on the podium and qualifying for one of the last spots at the Worlds in Amsterdam come October.
