Very good depending what you want to do with it.

I'm making a new pole mount for mine as I type.

What do you want to know?

I was thinking of using the camera on a headmount to film, does it break easily, is it worth the money and are there better cameras for the price?

If head-mounting isn't THAT important, you might want to wait for this to hit the market.

Otherwise, I think most poeple look at GoPro's or ContourHD's for head-mounting a camera.

GoPros are great and have heaps of mounting options.

check out www.gopro.com

The only downsides are that they have a very basic interface, are a very wide angle camera (also a good thing) and they are not very good in darker conditions.

They do good quality video and you can get pretty good stills from it as well.

The new hero 2 has a very user friendly interface compared to the original
It also has the ability to have the wide angle 170 deg view changed to 90 deg for less fish eye
Currently on its way is the new dive housing which gives amazing clarity underwater can also be used above water this reduces some of the fish eye effect also

In the near future there will be a wireless back bak and remote you will be to change all settings and start stop recording via remote
You will also be able to view what the camera is seeing via your smart phone and or laptop.
Obviously this will not work if the camera is underwater .
Fishin.com.au has gopro cameras available on their website
If you have any questions please feel free to ask me

Regards

Dan
