Daiwa-Hobie BREAM Kayak- R5 Bemm River Results

St Kilda breamer Jordan scores his first Daiwa-Hobie BREAM Kayak win with victory in the round five of the 2010/2011 series on Victoria’s Bemm River.

Compiling a 3/3, 2.93kg bag to claim the win, Trusty relegated kayak newbie Bryan Lazzaro to second place and Martin Fellows to third.

Kevin Winchester claimed the $100 Boss Hog prize with the pocket rocket kayaker adding $100 to his wallet thanks to his 1.15kg kicker fish.

Jordy has done very well beating a field of 54 other dedicated kayak anglers adapting very well to a different fishing platform.

This is a prime example of why the ABT will be in great shape in the future, with 100's of kayakers joining the ABT circuit the ABT membership is doubling , a lot do own boats, a lot of others are planning on getting a boat and they are getting the taste of tournament angling and will be interested in signing up in the boat section in between the yak Tournys, the local Classics will benefit as well.

And we are seeing a few dedicated boat anglers giving the kayaks a burl as well so its working both ways

Welcome to the forum Steve,,you must be pleased with the turnout at Bemm
