Its ok to make rules and i agree they suit a purpose , but i thought a site was to inform and help members pursue a passion for fishing which involves help in not only informed technique but also assistance to find gear at great prices.

I would understand a serial offender , but i cannot see the logic in this rule if people are posting a link to a fair priced daiwa that may get overlooked without some posted information.

We did, but it also means that we have to add users manually. There is no auto function to this. Sewelly got sick of the complaint from, wait for it, people failing to read the warning of what was happening on several pages so canned the idea.

I've never done individual lures, only packs. Makes it easier to follow than some of the multi pack threads I've looked at. JMO.

I agree, better to have individual threads than those super threads which have items listed from the beginning of time.
