So im watching fishing trip and John Bells tackle bit is about "the new "Nano" technology, they are the leaders in nano products, they have a nano rod and a nano reel...we are not going to explain to you what nano is its too technical and too boring... its stronger, thats what the cloth matrix in the nano particals does here... your guaranteed to catch more fish and have more fun doing it"

right.... i better get one!

I just love how a lot of fishing manufacturers/promoters think people are stupid and guarantee things like catching more fish just to sell a few more rods n reels.

I kinda find it insulting

I know right? When I see marketing like that I just think really? Do you honestly think the word 'nano' is going to make a rod work any better? Along with 'super high modulous graphite' and 'ultra fast taper'

haha its such a heap of DohDohDohDoh the way some companies work, and when I see that type of marketing I stay clear of them!

I saw a Squidgies seminar in June and Bushy was shocking for it!

Some goose in the crowd asked if the plastics in the juice work (gulp)... lol bushy said no they dont... lol then he said they all work but squigdies are better.

But starlo, and the other two presenters were actually very informative, especially about jewies and snapper on plastics, and reading the waterways to better target them.
