Well after a colossal struggle of rat against fish, nearly being spooled twice and a leader that had seen too many snags.
Tacklerat managed to land his first fish.

Now let me set the scene, Tacklerat stands at 6 foot 4 so this is a trophy fish

Fishings good but Tacklerat is also a keen wakeboarder.

After a hard days fishing and wakeboarding all that is left to do is to winch the boat back onto the trailer and head home for a cold one.

Then freshen up and onto the line to dry off.
