Buying spools
Is it possible to purchase Daiwa spools seperatly from the reel? I need some Caldia Kix 1500/2000 spools (not now, since I have no $$$) later on in the year.
If so are there retailers or do I have to go straight to Daiwa?

go to the shop you bought the reel from - I would be mightily surprised if they couldn't get you a spool.
Although I have heard that Daiwa don't miss you for an empty spool......

Then go to a shop that sells Daiwa reels.

If your local tackle store which sells Daiwa reels can't help you, you can always go OS! But most of the spools you can buy are "tuning" spools, ie shallow. eg. (scroll down the page until you find the Kix models) http://www.japantackle.com/Tuning_pa...ools_daiwa.htm
