Port Adelaide River fishing tips for a Victorian

Heading across to Sunny Adelaide for three days this weekend to fish Torrens Island to Delfin Island, hoping to get some stonker bream or anything else that might get in the way!

Going to be launching the boat from Largs North boat ramp and was hoping for some local knowledge, not necessarily exact locations, just general advice.
