Lures for Albany

Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to give me a few tips on what lures I might take to Albany for the ABT in May?
This will only be my second comp, and my first outside Perth. The last time I was in Albany we didn't fish much with lures. Mainly because I was only about 10 years old and in those days, lures wern't what they are now. ( we are talking 35 years ago, by the way! )
I would really appreciate any help I could get.
Thanks alot.

Zipbaits Rigge 46S
Zipbaits Raphael
Zipbaits Rigge 56F
Attack Minnow
Maria FakeBaits
MasuMasters MM40 Shad

Get a lot of good reports from down there for those lures. I'm sure Deacon and the boys will add some more to the list.

Dave

Don't try anything too unusual. SX40's, attacks, Oar-Gees will all work well, but don't discount plastics either as they will take them on a regular basis. Albany can be a very different place to fish and a big learning curve so soak it up and enjoy the weekend.

Don't discount the old faithfuls either, laser pros and scorp 52s and 68s have been hugely succesful and pulled a couple of Big Breams in the past. Sandworms never seem to fail either.

cheers

Thanks Guys.
I've noted all that down for the next trip to the tackle shop.
See you all down there.
