Certate Upgrade

I have just purchased a Certate 10 1003 reel and although it is nice and smooth I was thinking of fitting a Hedgehog bearing upgrade kit for it, consisting of the spool ,line roller and handle bearings. Has anybody fitted a similar kit to their reels and if so was it a noticeable upgrade ? I am not expecting anything dramatic but a slight improvement to an already smooth reel would be great.
