Jew fish bay Sydney

Hey all,
I'll be in Sydney in a couple of weeks for a wedding and I'll be hiring a boat to fish the jew fish bay area. Are there any tips locals can share so my chances are increased. Will be bringing my Samaki K2 and a few jig heads and plastics. Just keeping it simple. Cheers fellas

Hey mate Jew fish bay produces well this time of the year on the flats, pretty much fish the last half of the run in tide with blades and plastics and some days with a rising barometer thy bite there heads off, also the drop off at the front of Jew fish bay produces on Run out tide with blades mainly

Thanks for the tips. That's useful info. I'll be heading for the flats then by the sounds of it.
Better pack some poppers too just in case.

Yeah poppers will work on the edges of Jew fish bay but not really well in the middle on the flats due to the flats being slightly deeper around 6 foot at high tide better with squidgy lobbies on 1/12 th jig heads or ecogear blades, but you can try it, we have also caught fish on chubbys along the flats
