Thinking about buying a kayak for your bream fishing?

Just a heads up. I happened to drop into the Waurn Ponds (Geelong) B C F store today to buy some hooks, etc and I was surprised to see they're clearing their Malibu Mini-X kayaks for just $299. That's a deal you will find very hard to beat. They were selling for $599, so they're half price.

I have owned a Mini-X for years and I love it. It's not the best kayak if you want to travel long distances or against a stiff head wind, but for small creeks, they're hard to beat, IMO. I've had some good times using mine.

Now you have the chance to get into a quality kayak for just $299 if you're quick. DohDohDoh are clearing them, so once they're gone, that's it. I assume they will be the same price at all stores.
