Bass Plastics

G'day fellas
A couple of mates and myself are going bass fishing in the coming weeks and I have never fished for bass before. I don't really not what plastics to use if anyone is willing to share some knowledge it would be appreciated.
Thanks Nuggert.

Second the slider grubs, love using them on a rev head jig head. That would have to be my all time go to plastic setup and has accounted for numerous tournament wins over the years.

Berkley 3" Bass Minnows what else !! Nah 3"curl tail grubs too !!! All the bream "creature" type softies should work probably most important is where you place them. Cheers Pat.

3" flick sticks from mad eye work great in the green
And if you want to try hard bodies then cranka crank in wicked prawn and black work awesome
So does black vibes if you can get hold on a cranka vibe in that colour

I've found Gulp 2" shrimp in Bannana Prawn to be quite effective. As have Gulp 3" minnows in pumpkin seed.

Atomic and sliders are my two favourites. Smoke yellow core and black are good in the atomics.

Squidgey fish 65mm black and gold get a fair run too.

I don't really chuck anything other than paddle tails anymore.

A slow and continuous retrieve with no pauses works good for me. I do change it up sometimes.

I prefer to chuck spinnerbaits and jackal TN 60's if I am in a dam but sometimes plastics or blades produce more fish

Cheers
Chris

Bass aren't fussy at all so most smaller soft plastics from about 4" downwards are suitable

As you can see from this range of options. Feeding bass eat anything!
