That video is insane but along with the tapam trailer. Would love to see some mass tarpon footage like that using conventional gear...

Just got myself a GoPro Hero, should be making my own fishing/spearing vids soon.
Probably more so for spearing but will put it in the boat tomorrow to.

why arent there any good lure fishing vids, porbably because of the visual aspect of dry fly fishing i suppose, however you could make a great surface vid?

Called a float tube. There are cheaper donut style ones as well, the ones they are in are open front tubes and cost a little more. The better and more expensive ones have the upturned back like the ones they're in to make the paddling of them easier.

Great for freshwater. I'm not keen on them in the salt as you sit in the water with fins on to paddle them. Looks for all money like a big duck from underneath. Some thing the big toothy critters in Salt water might refer to as a "snack".

Big range of them available in the US, some at great prices too. They have a huge freshwater fishery over there. I've been tempted a few time here but the ones I've seen here are half the price of a kayak and not as versatile.
