Its one again!
If you missed out on the inaugural event earlier this month, all is not lost.
In case you missed it, the inaugural South Australian Bream Challenge (SABC) was a resounding success, even amoung those who had never bream fished before or never done so with lures. These guys saw the benefit of a no ego, low cost event and walked away with a tonne of knowledge. Round 2 of the 2016 event is scheduled for October 22nd at Garden Island. Utilising the facilities of the Angus Inlet Boat Club, anglers will be started at 7am withe a briefing scheduled for 630am the same day. The idea of these events is to welcome as many kayakers as possible, so unlike other comps where there is a live weigh in, this is a photo & release event so not having a livewell is no barrier. The event is still in its infancy, but if the feedback received to date is anything to go by, round 2 will be even bigger & better than the last. Details are / will be posted on the SABC facebook page so get on to it, give it a like & get involved in the states next BIG thing.

The no live weigh in thing is a great idea and should be adopted by more comps

Last round attracted a number of newbies to bream fishing with artificials & one angler new to kayaks all together!
