Daiwa DSC G702MFS medium 7' lure 1/4 - 3/4 line 6-14lb combo

G'day guys,

My brother bought me a rod and reel combo that was relatively cheap but heard it was a decent rod that surprised him. It's teamed up with a combo reel 3000 with 10lb line!

Did some research and some positive responses but thought I'd hear from you guys.

Anyone have this combo or know much about it? Any good? What sort of fishing suits? Heavy for breaming from thought..Using a rod that might be a bit heavey has what sort of impact.. Thinking prob casting light lures won't go far and perhaps won't feel the hits??
