Polycraft 4.1

Hi guys. Been out of the bream scene for a while but getting getting back into it.
What's are people's thoughts/experiences with the 4.1 Polycraft. Looking at an open boat with a 50hp yammy 2 stroke with hydro trim.
Me and my fishing buddy are both over 6 foot and over 100kgs. Just wondering how the stability and ride will be with 2 big boys. Any things I should look for with a second handy?
