prop sizes

What is the maximum prop size that can be run on a merc 60hp 2 stroke?

I have a 13 pitch stainless vengeance prop but i want more top end speed so i was thinking of up sizing to a 14, 15 or even 16?

What are your thoughts on this?

Also is a larger prop more likely to cavitate in the water?

Any help is much appreciated

Cheers
Boris
